Specializing in lawn care, Forevergreen Canada owes its start to Mr. Jean Tremblay who, after considerable thought, founded a company that today is renowned across Canada: Forevergreen Canada, a member of Groupe Vertdure. The summer of 1987 was the beginning! Finally, professional services by experts specially trained in lawn care were available. And thus began Forevergreen Canada's great adventure as a member of Groupe Vertdure.
Our Expansion
Mr. Tremblay put his energy and dynamism to work, eager to share his desire to reconcile quality of life and residential landscaping with his fellow citizens. The 1987 summer season was so successful that Vertdure tripled its clientele during the summer of 1988. In order to satisfy the growing demand as well as to offer lawn care to a public who desired more, the company opened a new branch in the Saguenay.
New niches opened in 1989 and the demand for lawn care grew at an astounding rate. Groupe Vertdure spread its operations even further by opening two new offices in Trois-Rivières and Montreal. After being in business a mere three years, Forevergreen Canada/Groupe Vertdure's sales spiralled to undreamed-of heights, fifteen times more than that of its first year.
Today, Groupe Vertdure has nearly 30 branches in Quebec and has been open in Ottawa since 2005.
